The challenge

Physical property and trade expos are expensive, geographically limited and hard to measure. Standard virtual events are flat and forgettable (a grid of video calls and PDFs, not an experience) and no one is there to answer a visitor’s questions.

Our approach

• Designed a futuristic domed exhibition hall with numbered, wayfinded booths visitors explore as avatars
• Built branded exhibitor stalls (e.g. property developers such as MetroVision, SilverGrid and The Crest Villas) with their own displays and models
• Embedded an AI avatar concierge ("Ayla") at each booth that greets visitors, explains the offering and guides them step by step
• Connected booths directly into immersive walkthroughs, a visitor can step from a stall into a full property or resort experience

The solution

DaMeta1 Expo turns an exhibition into a place. Visitors move through a striking virtual hall of branded booths, and at each one an AI concierge is ready to answer questions, present the offering and hand them off into an immersive walkthrough. It combines the global reach of digital with the guided, human-feeling engagement of a real event floor, and every interaction is measurable.
